SkyTech Imaging was established in 2020 to provide cutting-edge drone imaging and data collection services to the construction, energy, waste management, and agriculture industries - and beyond.

Quality is paramount to our business as we hold our customers and stakeholders in the highest regard. Our commitment is to deliver services that not only meet but consistently exceed our customers' expectations.

We are dedicated to continuous improvement and have implemented a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that serves as the foundation for ongoing quality enhancement.

To support our quality objectives and align with our QMS, we have established the following policies and procedures:

We routinely gather and monitor customer feedback to gain insights into their needs and preferences.

A stringent procedure is in place for the swift identification and rectification of issues, ensuring that they do not recur.

3. Supply Chain Management

We meticulously select and continually evaluate all partners in our supply chain to maintain consistent quality.

4. Employee Development

We invest in the continuous training and development of our employees to enhance their skills and expertise.

Regular internal quality audits are conducted to evaluate our processes thoroughly.

All our internal procedures are periodically reviewed and refined through an open process involving all employees.

While ultimate responsibility for Quality rests with the management, we ensure that each employee understands their unique responsibilities within their respective areas of work, reinforcing a company-wide commitment to Quality.
